What moves

What syncs, and when.

Your accounts and tax rates come into Bizflow, so spending is coded the way your accountant expects. Approved records go back to QuickBooks.

How it works

Connect, map, sync.

Connect once, map your categories, and let approved records flow to QuickBooks.

Connect with your QuickBooks sign-in

An admin signs in to QuickBooks from Bizflow settings and picks the company. Your accounts, tax rates, suppliers, and customers come across.

  • No passwords stored in Bizflow
  • One accounting system at a time
  • Disconnect any time
See accounting sync

Map categories to accounts once

Each expense category, payment account, and income line is mapped to a QuickBooks account and tax rate. Every record after that lands in the right place.

  • Accounts from QuickBooks
  • Tax rates from QuickBooks
  • Unmapped lines flagged
See expenses

Approved records sync to QuickBooks

Approved expenses, bills, invoices, and payments go to QuickBooks, and anything that can't sync is shown with the reason.

  • Petty cash as it is paid
  • Missing suppliers created
  • Problems shown with the fix
See reconciliation
