Frequently asked questions

Can I create a bill from a purchase order?

Yes. Pick the PO and the goods received note, and Bizflow fills in the accepted lines and prices. You can bill an order in parts as deliveries arrive.

Do all bills need a purchase order?

No. Rent, utilities, and services can be billed without a PO. You can set an amount above which a PO is required.

How does Bizflow stop duplicate bills?

The same supplier invoice number can't be entered twice for the same supplier, and bills can't go over what was ordered and received.

What happens when a bill doesn't match?

It is held. You can ask the supplier for a credit note, accept the new price by changing the PO, or reject the bill.

How are credit notes handled?

Apply a supplier's credit note to an open bill or keep it for the next one. You can also send a debit note when you have been overcharged.

Can I set up recurring bills?

Yes. Set up monthly bills such as rent, internet, and security once, with the account, budget, and approver, and Bizflow creates them each month.

How are bills paid?

Approved bills are added to a supplier run and paid together from the Bizflow Wallet, on their due dates.

Pay every bill once, on time, and only if it's right.

Turn orders into bills, match them automatically, and pay what is due in one run.
