What it does
Bizflow uses Safaricom's M-PESA APIs on your own shortcodes, so money moves straight to and from your accounts.
How it works
Your shortcodes, connected once, then collections and payouts run through Bizflow with approvals and matching.
Add your Daraja app and the shortcodes you use to receive and to pay out. Each one shows its purpose and balance.
Customers pay by paybill, till, STK push, or a payment link. Each payment is matched to its invoice, and anything without a match is flagged.
Every invoice can carry a payment link. The customer opens it, enters their number, and approves the M-PESA prompt.
Approved petty cash, expenses, bills, and bulk payments go to phones, tills, and paybills, and each result is checked with M-PESA.
Get connected
You need a paybill or till from Safaricom and access to the Daraja portal. Our team can help you get the details.
Your own. Bizflow connects to your paybill, till, and B2C shortcodes through your Daraja app, so money goes straight to and from your accounts. If you don't have a shortcode, the Bizflow Wallet can collect and pay out for you.
By the account number the customer enters, or automatically for STK push and payment links. Payments that don't match are listed for review.
Petty cash, expense refunds, commissions, and casual wages to phones; supplier bills, utilities, and expenses to paybills and tills. Each payment follows your approval route first.
Bizflow checks the transaction status with M-PESA and updates the record, so a payment isn't sent twice.
No. Reversals are done with Safaricom. Bizflow records the payment and its receipt.
M-PESA payouts for petty cash and expenses come with Starter. Growth adds bills, bulk payments, and payment reconciliation.
