What does the audit trail record?
Every action: records created, edited, or cancelled with before-and-after values, approvals, payments, matches, sign-ins, role changes, and exports. Each entry shows who, what, when, and where.
Can anyone edit or delete the audit trail?
No. Nobody, including admins, can change or delete it. Cancelled records are kept and marked with who cancelled them and why.
Which changes raise an alert?
Bank and paybill changes, new admins and finance users, approval limit changes, and edits to locked months. You choose who is alerted.
Can someone approve their own request?
No. Bizflow sends it to the next approver. Anything over a person's limit is escalated.
How does my auditor get access?
Invite them with a read-only role for a set period. They can see and export records but not change anything, and what they open is recorded.
How long is the audit trail kept?
For as long as you use Bizflow. You can export it at any time.
